Returns and Exchanges We understand that sometimes a purchase might not meet your expectations. Our return and exchange policy includes:

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and tags intact.
  • Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Return Instructions:

  • Request a return by emailing YNA@HOUSEOFARAUJO.COM with your order number and front and back pictures of product
  • Once approved, you will receive a return label and a packing list to print
  • Place your item and a copy of the packing list inside the package
  • Securely close your package
  • Affix the shipping label outside the package

All returns require merchandise to be presented in unused condition and established proof of purchase is required.

Drop-off your package at your closest courier drop off pointOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

HouseofAraujo.com reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
